Nicole Gallop

Known for being intentional, Nicole has the ability to break down a complex problem into its elements and produce a path forward.

Through her days she has overseen the hiring of 450+ and leadership of 350+ talented individuals. The majority of which did not live in the same city as her, adding a scope of experience for running businesses from afar. 

At 22 years old Nicole had run businesses nearing $1 Million in revenue while still in university full time and traveling the world. This included breaking a glass ceiling for the biggest female owned business in the 43 year franchise history.

Very quickly the franchisor tapped Nicole on the shoulder and she recruited, trained, coached and led franchisees across Canada. The result was at 25 years old she had turned around a struggling business unit to beat the area record and produce $3M in sales in five months. 

From there, Nicole joined as a Partner in a small business advising firm. She played a key role in the company’s five year sprint to scale from $200k to $10M earning multiple placements on the Inc 5000. During this time Nicole drove the build out of five different departments to support the pace of scale including operations, recruiting and training, requiring a broad scope of knowledge and flexibility. 

After over a decade of coaching business owners and scaling companies for growth, she is focused on the power of inorganic growth via mergers and acquisitions.
